Hello Darlings,

So I wanted to share with you guys some of the items I purchased for my kit the day of the LA Makeup show.  It was my first time there and I was so glad I went! The deals they had that day were out of this world, and not to mention their workshops were incredibly helpful.  I savored every min I was there. It was a great feeling to have the opportunity to meet people that  shared the same passion as me, very refreshing! There were also a hand full of Celebrity Makeup Artist's! Out of all of them one  stood out to me the most, Billy B! His work is AMAZING. He's in charge for providing most of Lady  Gaga's  inspiring looks!  After finding this out I fell in love with him! Positively Radiant*

Check out: Aveeno Makeup Removing cleanser

Hey there Beauty's!

I had to do a review on Aveeno's Makeup Removing Cleanser!

Described as

"Gently dissolves makeup and impurities to leave your skin clean and refreshed without over-drying. This foaming cleanser, with moisture-rich Soy extract, leaves your skin soft, smooth and radiant. Oil-free, soap-free and noncomedogenic, this cleanser is gentle enough for everyday use, even on sensitive skin."

My Review

Those who have sensitive, acne prone skin like me, it is a must  we wash our faces before going to bed! Ever since I started using this, my face has completely stopped breaking out. I have officially fell in love with this cleanser!

This is the first thing I use in my face wash routine. After a few months using this cleanser, I have realized a huge difference in my skin. I can't believe how I used to jump into exfoliating my face without washing my makeup off first! YUCK!  It is so important for us to invest in an amazing makeup removing cleanser, and this one had to be mine!

This foaming cleanser takes everything off in one wash! I love how you only need one pump for your whole face. It is really concentrated and doesn't burn your eyes! It does everything the bottle says it does! It was an honor to share this review with you guys! Never let your face go without a nice indulge, soothing face cleanser..

Stay Radiant!

effectiveness of SPF

Is proudly made in the USA."

My Review

Model in a Bottle is now one of my favorite products I own in my kit! With just three refreshing spritz after your makeup application you don't have to worry about re touching for the rest of the day~ !  It leaves your skin with a smooth, sheer finish, and is great for all skin types!  I have normal to oily skin, and believe it or not my makeup stays looking fresh and flawless all day, from morning to night! Seriously I feel like a model with this stuff!

They also have a bottle for drier most sensitive skin, and I believe the smell for this bottle is less potent. Those who are sensitive to smell should probably be careful with the original formula. My only complaint is that the scent is a little overpowering.  So those of you who are sensitive to smells, might want to get the sensitive formula. But you can sweat in it cry in it, and makeup is sealed!

This bottle will give your makeup a special finishing touch, and leaves your makeup looking special all day. I must say I am absolutely impressed with this product. Don't hate your makeup, Love you makeup!

Traditional Shimmery Smoky Eye Look

Hey Beauty's!

So because Smoky eyes are always in style, here is a post on traditional Brown Smokey Eyes. When creating a Smokey look make sure the colors you use compliment each other.
Remember the key to perfect smoky eyes is proper blending, combining light base colors with darker ones.

What You Need:

* Makeup Brushes

*Eye Primer (optional, keeps eyeshadow from melting in creases, helps the look stay in place.)

* Shadows: Light, Medium, Dark

*Eyeliner

*Mascara

To create this look I used Urban Decays Vegan Pallet! Love these colors very shimmery!

Steps to create this look:

Prep lid: Apply Urban Decays Eyeshadow Primer Potion, Sin, over whole eyelid.

Apply light base color: Sweep light shimmery eyeshadow Half Baked over the lids to brow bone.

Blend in medium color: Sweep eyeshadow Smog starting from the inner corner of your eye and out (eyelids only)

Blend in Dark color: To create dimension before blending a dark brown, its good to blend a lighter brown first to the creases of your eyes ( I used Espresso from Mac) followed by eyeshadow Twice Baked (outward to inner, blend blend blend!)

Line the eyes: Taking the same brown shadow lining under the eyes for a more intense look. Next line your eyes w/ black liner top and bottom setting it with a brown eyeshadow.

Mascara: Finish w/ coats of  your favorite mascara (you want thick and dark lashes!)

... and Voila!

Have fun creating this exquisite Smokey look!

Crown Brush Review*

Check out Crown Brush 15 Pc Pro Set w/ Designer Case.

 The brush set includes:

Chisel Powder • Chisel Blush • Angle Blush • Foundation
Angle Blender • Oval Shadow • Blending Fluff • Flat Liner
Concealer • Lash Fan • Brow/Lash Groomer • Angle Liner
Oval Lip • Mini Smudger • Round Crease • Faux Reptile Case

Hey Every one!

Today I decided to post a review on some professional brushes!

For those starting in the industry there are important essentials we professionals need in our makeup kit.

I got this entire Crown Brush set  that was highly recommended by Kandee Johnson, one of the best celebrity make up artist known on YouTube. She loves these brushes even more than MAC's!

Because I trust Kandee's opinion I purchased them using her promo code! I adore promo codes! haha Unfortunantely it expired, but knowing Kandee she will probably surprise us w/ some more in the future.

Now remember these are my very first set of brushes ever, and for using them for a month I feel  they do the job well!

I love the glossy red handles and soft texture to all the brushes. My favorite ones out of the bunch would have to be the Foundation Angle Blender, Lash Fan, Mini Smudger and Flat eyeliner.

When using my Foundation brush I don't get any wild visible streaks@! Love this brush! After applying my foundation I like to pat it over areas on my face leaving it look flawless!

For the lash fan its  perfect for contouring the nose and highlighting under the eyes! I get the results I want every time!

The Round Crease blends my  eyeshadow very nice!

and last but not least the flat eyeliner is great for filling in and shaping brows!

All in all, I am satisfied with the set of brushes and I am so proud to have them as part of my freelance makeup kit!

I hope you enjoyed this post and please  feel free to share any brands you have enjoyed thus far!
